Sardinia is a land rich in unique culinary traditions. In a welcoming home restaurant in the heart of the city, you will be immersed in a warm and convivial atmosphere while discovering the secrets of Sardinian fresh pasta-making, an art passed down through generations.
The experience begins with the preparation of the basic dough, followed by the creation of two traditional Sardinian pasta shapes. At the end of the class, those who wish can enjoy a tasting of their handmade pasta, accompanied by local cheeses, traditional Sardinian bread, and a glass of regional wine. To complete the experience, a typical Sardinian dessert and coffee will be served for a truly authentic finale.
