In this course, you will learn the basic techniques to make two different types of traditional Sardinian pasta, chosen from: malloreddus, culurgiones, fregula, and lorighittas. Get ready to get your hands floury, immerse yourself in ancient aromas, explore diverse textures, and enjoy a fully immersive experience, all guided by an expert local cook and an outstanding food and wine guide.
