In the heart of the Sarcidano region, between Campidano, Marmilla and Barbagia, you will be guided through rows of Cannonau, Vermentino, Tintillu, Nasco, Bovale and Carignano, native grape varieties cultivated according to the BioIntegrale method, which combines organic and biodynamic agriculture to honour the vine and the plant to the fullest. You will meet the horses that work the soil, the geese that keep the rows clean and breathe in the scents of marigold, helichrysum and citrus from the garden. The tour will continue inside the winery, where you will learn about the techniques of vinification, before reaching the evocative Anforaia, where the wines age in terracotta vessels as they did in ancient times.
Finally, allow yourselves to be enveloped by the flavours of the Tenuta: wines, olive oil and local specialities, a tribute to nature, tradition and the authentic tastes of Sardinia.
