In Castello, among historic palaces and panoramic terraces, you will admire iconic landmarks such as the Bastione of Saint Remy and the Elephant Tower, before savoring Sardinian cured meats and cheeses with a glass of red wine in a charming wine shop at the foot of the tower. The experience concludes in a historic 19th-century café, where you will enjoy traditional Sardinian desserts and the famous meringues, soft, cloud-like sweets prepared according to a recipe passed down through generations.
