A small workshop dedicated to producing 100% plant-based Sardinian cheeses, inspired by a centuries-old dairy tradition, awaits you in the unspoilt heart of Sardinia, just a stone’s throw from one of the renowned Blue Zones, recognised worldwide as one of the longest-lived places on the planet.
